Service Description

6 week block - Child and teen support (parents to be present) > 6 x 30-minute sessions over a 6 week period Children and teenagers face all sorts of challenges in life: * Trying to fit in * Overthinking and worrying to the point that it impacts socialising or sleep routine * Difficulties maintaining routines making mornings or evenings difficult * Managing hurtful comments * Managing education pressures and exams * Risk-taking and peer pressure * Night terrors * And so much more Children and teenagers require support to be able to manage these situations and to be able to understand themselves. Children and teenagers are in the process of trying to understand emotions and understand who they are. This is so scary at times as the world sends them conflicting information. It may be that your child has experienced bereavement, bullying, or illness, which has caused major upheavals in their life. It is very important that no matter what your child has faced, if there are emotional challenges, it is good to act fast. Many adults sit in therapy and recognise they could have been saved from a lot of emotional pain had they had access to emotional support earlier in life. Children and teenagers are still in a learning state. Therefore, they engage really well with therapy, coaching, and mentoring. You can either book a session by session or you can book a 6 week block. You can ask Brooke what might work best during your initial chats.


Cancellation Policy

When sessions have been booked you are required to make payment for your session within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Due to demands for services bookings not paid for within 24 hours may be lost. When your booking has been confirmed you will be sent a note with payment details. When you have paid for your session there is no option for a refund. You may reschedule a session providing you make contact to do so in advance. The cut off point for this is 24 hours prior to your session start time. Bookings that are being rescheduled should be rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking. If you are not able to do this your booking will be lost and a new booking will need to be made for further access to support. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your planned appointment your investment for your session will be lost. You will then have to book a new session.
