There are two ways we can work together, depending on what you need right now. If you’re looking for deeper, more intensive support, a four-session block allows us to create meaningful change over time. If you want to focus on one specific area you’ve already explored, a one-hour session may be the right fit. These sessions are also perfect as top-ups after a period of more intensive work. How we work together will depend on your specific needs and goals for coaching. We can discuss your personalised plan during our initial call. We may also incorporate meditation into your sessions where it feels helpful and supportive. Meditation is a powerful tool for creating long-lasting change. This will always be discussed and agreed during your initial call.
