What is EFT tapping therapy?

Emotional freedom therapy is extremely helpful for:

  • Physical pain

  • Emotional distress

  • Phobias

  • Anxiety

  • PTSD

  • And much more

EFT focuses on the meridian points (energy hot spots) which is similar to acupuncture. The energy hot spots are the areas where energy flows through, when blocked people can experience discomfort, pain and stress. 


By tapping on these energy hot spots negative emotions and pain are released bringing balance back to the physical and emotional system.  EFT is carried out using your hands therefore it is not painful at all. You are completely in control. 

Following tapping therapy an individual will feel more able to make positive choices and will feel like a weight has been lifted. 

The therapy can be used for both adults and children. 


  • Range from 30 minutes to 4 weeks depending on the length of time you wish to invest in the therapy

  • Can be carried out face to face or via video call

  • There is option with the 4 weeks for additional support in between sessions

1 hour

  • 1 hour session face to face or via video call


4 weeks

  • 4 x 60 minute sessions face to face or video call

  • 1 x 15 minute phone call to use during the programme
