Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation techniques to help the mind and body relax. In this state the mind is focused and is concentrating on the words of the therapist. It is suggestive therapy that helps to shift deeply held beliefs about certain life situations. 

In this therapy you will agree on the new ideas you want to place in your mind or what you want to change.  Hypnotherapy is great for shifting anxiety, weight loss, stopping smoking, self belief, self compassion and much more. 

Hypnotherapy is great for long lasting change as it changes and alters beliefs at a subconscious level.
