Why is talking therapies important and how will it help me?

 

Emotional intelligence: 

the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

The human mind is a meaning making machine and without control over the mind the meaning it could be attaching to events could be far from the reality of the actual events. When emotions/events have not been processed the mind often views events in the present time being the same as past events hence why people get stuck in cycles of emotional pain and distress. 

Understanding your life to date and your own emotional guidance system allows you to raise your motivation for life, your relationships feel better, your work life improves, you can tap into your personal skills and personal power. Your answers to life's biggest challenges lie within but, often get tangled up in emotional chaos. 

The programmes on this page can help you to move towards a life of inner peace and great joy! 

Programmes start from 60 minutes to 10 weeks.
