CAT is a therapy that focuses on our current thoughts, feelings and actions with a view of understanding the learned behaviours and life events that created them.
In a CAT session we will look at your childhood experiences and your previous life events to gain a deeper understanding of what led to your current challenges.
CAT helps you to understand yourself and your life on a deeper level to allow you to make powerful changes that are long lasting. It will also free you of emotional pain.
