Welcome to my therapy practice! With almost two decades of experience, I know how to create a supportive environment where you can feel free to share your thoughts and emotions while we work together to develop effective coping mechanisms. By blending academic research, spiritual practices, and personal experiences, I have been able to develop a holistic approach to therapy that is specifically designed to help my clients overcome their struggles and challenges.

Working together
The typical client who feels attracted to working with me has worked hard to build a nice life, yet something gets in the way. There is a niggle leaking out into all areas of their life.

This niggle leaves my client feeling powerless, overwhelmed, bored, jealous, annoyed, hurt, disappointed, filled with shame and guilt.
​
These negative feelings are difficult to experience and as a result we often project them outwards making every interaction in our life more difficult.
​
Our patterns of behaviour develop in response to events and experiences in our life. Most of these patterns develop in childhood and are a direct result of what you learn about the world.
You are constantly soaking up information in childhood and you may have learned a lot of beliefs that do not serve you as an adult.

A deeper healing is needed!

My client is looking to feel hopeful, powerful, creative, respected, valued, excited and grateful for everything they have.

We hold on to emotional experiences that have not been understood, processed and released. This creates all sorts of challenges in life.
